LinnaSpa Etiquette

We ask that our guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment. This will leave a moment to fill out a customer card, and relax before beginning the treatment.
All clothes and valuables may be left in a locked locker in one of the dressing rooms. Guests will be given some slippers and a bathrobe for the duration of their visit. Should you wish, you may start with a refreshing shower prior to the treatment - but in this case, please do arrive in good time, for in case of delays there may be less time for your treatment.
 

• Please leave all mobiles in the locker, in silent mode or off.
• If you are wearing contact lenses, please remember to remove them prior to your treatment.
• Should circumstances prevent you from making it to your engagement, please let us know and cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.
• Should the reservation not be used, nor any notice made to cancel, the entire treatement will be charged, in full.
• When booking your treatment, please remember to mention any possible illnesses, allergies, medications or pregnancy.
