SPA POLICY:
To ensure optimum relaxation please kindly arrive for your appointment 15 minutes prior to your treatment time. This will give you time to prepare.
In order for us to make an appropriate recommendation, we will ask you to complete our spa consultation form.
You may have a refreshing shower before your spa treatment.
For personal belongings there are lockers in the changing rooms. Bathrobe and slippers are provided during your stay.
Kindly leave your cell phone on silent. If you wear contact lenses; please remove them before your Spa treatment.
Should you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment time may have to be reduced depending on availability and will still be charged at full price.
Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or re-schedule your booking.
All no shows are charged at full value.
When booking please notify us if you use any medication, have a disease or if you are pregnant.
