The Forester's Estate was once upon a time built on the Rosenlew companies´ ground. The cottage and its outbuildings were finnished in 1923 and they were located on the shore of Sääjärvi lake , one of the most beautiful regions of Tavastia property.

Today the Forester's Estate is a part of Vanajanlinna´s service complex and attends our customers with most variable events.

The road to the Forester's Estate is long and straight. In the old days gentlefolk arrived to wild animal hunting along a narrowtrack(ed) railway and today´s forestroad follows the same road bed. The human settlement ends little by little and you notice how the nature occupies your mind. After a curve you can see a red cottage and there it is.
