10:00-11:00 Yoga
We welcome you with a gentle, flowing yoga session designed to release tension and balance the nervous system. These yoga sessions are open to everyone, regardless of previous experience. All equipment is provided - just bring yourself and comfortable clothes you can move in. The instructor, Brooke Brandon, teaches in English. She is the founder of Studio Nada and a regular instructor at Roots Helsinki, Roots Tampere, and Sagayoga.
